Gold Coast real estate: Swimming in the sky

A NEW Gold Coast tower is taking swimming to new heights with the developer promising to build the highest residential pool in the city.

The Surfers Paradise development known as 26 Vista will be home to the pool which will be on level 51.

Developer MRCB International is behind the project which includes a collection of one, two and three bedrooms apartments priced from $605,000.

MRCB International CEO Ravi Krishnan said his aim was to create a project, to be built at 26 Vista St, that allowed residents to live like they were on a vacation every day of the year.

“Taking advantage of Queensland’s incredible weather, we have introduced numerous outdoor living and socialising zones that offer views but with the type of seclusion experienced in suburban homes,” Mr Krishnan said.

“In particular our sky pool on level 51 totally disconnects you from the world.

“It’ll be very special to look out of the pool and only see the sky above you.”

MRCB International worked with DBI Design to create the tower.

The sky pool is just one of the many amenities on offer and is only accessible to residents who live in three and four bedroom apartments of level 33 or higher.

“26 Vista is a visionary masterpiece that aims to fuel the imagination of residents by curating distinctive identities that elevate amenity spaces to unprecedented heights, evoking the essence of renowned luxury like other amenities worldwide,” Mr Krishnan said.

“26 Vista’s amenity focus extends to its location; sitting along the Gold Coast’s much lauded tram line, which is currently in the next stage of extension.”

26 Vista is scheduled for completion in 2026.
