SPG Land’s commitment to delivering the fourth tower – boutique apartment building Brooke Residences – to fully complete the Cambridge Residences masterplan is being celebrated by residents, with all 95 apartments at Brooke Residences settled.
SPG Land’s strong commitment to the Gold Coast continues with its other major masterplan development for the coastal city, the $1 billion three-tower Paradiso Place at Surfers Paradise, which is currently one of the best-selling projects on the Gold Coast.
The international real estate group’s prediction for property growth on the Gold Coast has been accurate, with Paradiso Place progressing towards a full sellout of Tower 1, with more than 80% of apartments sold.
Buyers of Brooke Residences have seen their home valuations increase by up to 15% while early buyers in the first stages of Cambridge Residences have enjoyed capital gains of up to almost a quarter of a million dollars and significant increase in valuation of almost 50%.
The Cambridge Residences masterplan development and the delivery of Brooke Residences through a pandemic, construction cost increases and a change of builders was managed by Eastview Australia, who has also been appointed to project manage Paradiso Place.
