A $2.8 million country manor in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast hinterland is being raffled off, with tickets just $10 each.
The property is the Endeavour Foundation’s latest anniversary prize home, with all tickets sold going towards helping people with disability.
Located at 34 Treehaven Way, Maleny, the manor is situated on more than an acre of lush estate, overlooking the hills of the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
The home is professionally designed and fully furnished, ready for the lucky winner to move in. It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a brand-new kitchen, private library, study and two in-built fireplaces.
There’s also an outdoor alfresco dining area with a built-in barbeque and outdoor bar, as well as a large swimming pool, and a potting shed with a mower and garden tools.
The property itself is valued at $2.5 million and has an estimated rental income of $78,000 per year. The total prize package rings in at more than $2.8 million, including $10,000 worth of cashable gold bullion, six months’ free security-monitoring fees and free transfer of title.
Tickets for the Endeavour Foundation’s prize home are now available for purchase. One ticket can be purchased for $10.
If you purchase a ticket by midnight Thursday, May 4, you’ll also go into the draw for a chance to win $5,000 cash.
The lottery closes at 10:00pm AEST on Thursday, June 8, 2023. The lucky winner will be drawn at 11:00am AEST Thursday, June 15, 2023.
The Endeavour Foundation was established in 1951 with the aim of supporting people with disabilities to live their best life.
When you purchase lottery tickets, the money goes towards providing people with disability employment, accommodation support, learning and life skills development, and community access and connection.
