ONE of the “best blocks” on the northern Gold Coast has sold in a deal worth a staggering $7.5 million.
The double block at 19-21 Knightsbridge Parade West, Sovereign Islands includes 1407sq m of north-facing waterfront land.
Amir Prestige’s Amir Mian and Jeanette Schmidt brokered the multimillion-dollar sale and said the buyers were from NSW’s Northern Rivers.
“The buyers were looking for a home to buy and couldn’t find quite what they were looking for so they decoded to build their own,” Mr Mian said.
“This location enables them to do just that.
“It’s one of the best blocks on Sovereign Islands — it’s north-facing and it’s in a 6 knot zone.
“The block is on the open water and has stunning views.
“Knightsbridge Pde is one of those streets that is well known, exclusive and has a high calibre of homes.”
The parcel of land overlooks Stradbroke Island with 39m of water frontage.

Connected to the mainland of Paradise Point by a single bridge, the gated community is guarded 24/7 by security.
Infinity pools, 10-case basements, bulletproof doors, and even a casino are found in some of the houses on Sovereign Islands.
