Amir Prestige Group’s Marc Keswell handled both marketing campaigns and while he would not comment on the sale price, said the latest sale proved the prestige market was still strong.

“The Isle of Capri is one of the premier suburbs in the central Gold Coast and has got some record sales,” he said.

“It’s a very sought-after suburb from interstate buyers as well as locals.

“We get huge inquiries as there’s not much stock and it’s always tightly held.”

Inside has been meticulously designed.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house on Amalfi Drive has a waterfront swimming pool, its own private jetty, and views across the Nerang River to Surfers Paradise.

Ms Boorne said the home had undergone a major rebuild by its previous owners, with the property meticulously renovated and redesigned.

The result was a property where no expense has been spared and no detail overlooked.
