The prominent Sunshine Coast developer, Cube Developments, has bolstered its 2022 pipeline, securing four super lots in the growing Birtinya area.
The near 9,000 sqm Cardinal Place site will host up to 245 apartments, adding a further $100 million to Cube’s Birtinya portfolio.
Cube Developments Director Scott Juniper said that he expected the new sites to relieve the pressure currently experienced in the Sunshine Coast housing market.

Cube’s already solid Birtinya portfolio includes Seasons by Birtinya, a three-tower, 146-apartment project in its second stage release.
That’s proved popular with first home buyers and investors, who were been attracted to the affordable $499,000 entry point for a two-bedroom apartment in the Cottee Park-designed development.
Juniper said there was significant interest due to the project’s plethora of amenities and location.
