The masterplanned community Azure, in Forest Glen in the Sunshine Coast region, is set to have a number of rainforest-style villas bookend its mini-masterplan.
Developer Michael Cullen has lodged plans for 15 boutique villas in the Owen Creek Road development, which when completed will comprise of six stages across 20-acres, with communal parks, walking tracks and large open spaces.
Cullen has had Paul Butterworth Architect draw up the plans for the villas which will sit on blocks of land ranging from 164 sqm to 504 sqm. There are four different styles of villas, each having three bedrooms.

Town Property sales agent Craig Morrison has been marketing the sought-after estate.
Last year, in the midst of the COVID-fuelled demand for the area, Morrison sold the first stage of the development, 21 lots, in one weekend when it launched.
There’s now just a handful of lots remaining, starting from $365,000.
