The development pipeline in Gold Coast’s Broadbeach keeps on coming for prospective apartment buyers who are wanting to invest in the Gold Coast over the coming years.
There’s likely another residential tower set to shoot up at 13-15 Australia Avenue, a 1,214 sqm site which has the same site zoning and dimensions of the nearby Raptis tower Gallery and the apartment development Encore by Andrews Projects.
GV Property Group’s Antonio Mercuri and Luke Reaby, who sold the Broadbeach sites to Raptis and Andrews Projects, are marketing the Australia Avenue block, which currently has 12 two-bedroom apartments, with the owners joining forces to sell.
Mercuri and Reaby are already fielding enquiry from prominent local and interstate developers.
“We expect a very similar outcome to the nearby developments, which will likely provide of 70 – 100 high quality apartments in the heart of Broadbeach,” Reaby says.
“Boutique Projects of this size have done extremely well in last year and we anticipate another quick sell-out for the new project.”
GV specialise in development site sales, property amalgamations and acquisitions on the Gold Coast.
They band together apartment owners in underutilised and underdeveloped land parcels and secure premium prices for their apartments which they sell to multi-residential developers.
Broadbeach has been a hot bed of apartment developments and lodgements in recent years.
There are 10 developments currently in market in Broadbeach on Urban.com.au, including Encore by Andrews Project and Morris Property Group’s Opus and Koko.
Morris Property Group are set for their eight residential development in Broadbeach. They’ve recently amalgamated a site to create 1,294 sqm at 13-15 Amrick Avenue.
Little Projects has just lodged plans for a luxury owner-occupier targeted tower at 20 Mary Avenue, while Turrisi Properties have a 22-level, Rothelowman-designed, 81 apartment tower at 9-11 Armrick Avenue in the pipeline.
Raptis have plans for a 40-level apartment building at 6-8 George Avenue, designed by Koichi Takada. That site was another sold by the GV team.
