Queen’s Wharf Residences is the latest development by one of Australasia’s largest developers, far East Consortium.
Set to become one of the tallest buildings in the new $3.6 billion precinct, the 667-residence building still boasts a selection of one and three-bedroom residents available for purchase.

1. Developed by far East Consortium
far East Consortium is an international property development company with a strong Australian presence.
Established in 1960, the development group is now one of Asia’s largest property developers, publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and contributing significantly to the Melbourne and Perth skyline.
The group has delivered urban renewal redevelopments equating to over $2 billion of completed projects with projects in excess of $7 billion across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney in its pipeline.
